Backing up an encrypted drive using MDT

Hi,

We are using MDT 2013 to backup our users PCs.  However, we are unable to run MDT backups once we ecrypted the PCs.  Is there a way to capture the drive?  or, is there a way to boot the PC to the network after we enter the users creds on the initial startup?
