we have a problem with the LanCrypt tool from Sophos in our company. We've got a new IT-SecOfficer who will be able to use LanCrypt as an MSO in our Company. Untill now, we're (administrators) used the MSO to register new user's and administrate the 3rd. party Software of Sophos.
Now we've registred him as an RemoteDesktopUser and he's able to connect to the Windows Server 2008R2. The problem is, that he isn't able to open the SGLC Administration. He recieves the error like below mentioned. The error is in german and mean's that there is a fatal error and he can't open it because of missing rights.
Which right's he will need to be able to use this software on a RemoteSession?
