After Challenge/Response secondary partition unavailable

After a colleague ran through the challenge-response procedure, he was able to boot to windows and log in but was unable to access the second partition.


Is there any way to recover the data from the second partition in this scenario or is it lost?

    Hi Chris,

    It was SafeGuard Enterprise and when trying to access the partition an error message was shown (unfortuantely I didn't make a not of it.)

    The issue has now been resolved. My colleague was able to get in contact with the Sophos support staff who guided him through a "resyncing" process which seemed to correct the problem. Unfortunately he didn't make notes of the steps he went though. If you have any documentation on this issue that we could add to our internal knowledge base it would be very helpful if anyone else runs into this problem.
