After Challenge/Response secondary partition unavailable

After a colleague ran through the challenge-response procedure, he was able to boot to windows and log in but was unable to access the second partition.


Is there any way to recover the data from the second partition in this scenario or is it lost?

    Hi datr,

    could you please specify which product was used to encrypt the machine (e.g. SafeGuard Enterprise 6.10 or SafeGuard Easy 5.x etc) and what happens if you try to access the data partition - any error message?
