How to open logfile.sgt

Which application can be used to view the logfile.sgt generated activating tracing on SGN client? It's not plain text, it seems to be a binary file.

Hi,
the logfile.sgt is a logfile used by Sophos Support and stored in a proprietary format, read using a special analysis tool which is not externally available.
