SafeGuard Enterprise 7.0 Task Scheduler: Last Run Result shows 'None'

Hi

i have the same problem:

/search?q= 22943

https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/113582.aspx

SafeGuard Enterprise 7.0

 on Win Server2012

but it didn´t work with this answer.

And now i don´t know why.

Can anny help me ?

    Hi R_Kemnitz,

    Please make sure the SafeGuard Scheduler Service on the server has the same logon account defined in the article you quoted.

    The service needs permission to execute tasks on the database. 

    If the scheduler service is not there, you will need to install it by going into Programs and Features, modfying the installation of the SafeGuard Server, and installing the Scheduler service component.
