the symptom you describe sounds like a "Local Cache corruption" which triggers an automatic shutdown.
Actually this should solve itself after a reboot, as the LC is automatically restored from the backup.
LC corruptions can for example be caused by 3rd party software that blocks access or modifies files in the SafeGuard LC which is located here:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Utimaco\SafeGuard Enterprise\LocalCache

If, for whatever reason, this automatic repair does not work, you can only try to uninstall the SafeGuard client after booting into Safe mode. Eliminate possible root causes (e.g. excluding the LC from AV scan or similar) and install again.
