Challenge/Response cannot get a response key from the wizard

Hi,

got a user today who hade locked themself out with to many failed loginattempts.

We did the challenge response option on her computer.

I started the recovery wizard.

And chose safeguard client then  the correct key recovery file for her computer.

She gave me her listed key from her computer wich I entered and we could proceed.

Then I get to select action either a passthrough boot or with external media.

I have tested them both but I cannot get a response key from the wizard.

I can chose action and press next but nothing happens.

I can press the next button again and agian and I get no response key.

Running safeguard policy editor 6.00.1.31 

What am I doing wrong?

Anyone else experienced this?
