Lancrypt Windows 2008 R2 SP1 ?

Hi,

I have Lancrypt under Windows 2003 Terminal server with citrix up and running but I have problem with windows 2008 R2 SP1.

I have some questions :

-Is Provisioning (Citrix) supported with lancrypt?

-Why I get all the time messages with crypotoservice is not installed on this server.

Has someone a document how I have to configure Lancrypt that it will function under windows 2008 R2 SP1 with Citrix.

I use the newest version 3.9 on the application server and also the terminal server cleint on the terminal server.

Thx in advance.

rearding you question? -Why I get all the time messages with crypotoservice is not installed on this server.

I did not see this message befor. Did you install the terminal service correctly on the server?

you do not need addtional configuration for SGLC on the terminal servers it should be configured like a normal client . But if you have any issue the best way is to open a case and we will investigate.

When did come the error message? after installation of SGLC or before?

  • Hi,

I have resolved the problem. We use a mandatory with a profile tool and the problem was that the mandatory profile has no microsoft crypto folders.
