Problems with Safeguard pushing to Dell Latitude E5540

Hello,

I have had issues with the Sophos encryption pushing to the new model of computers my company has been purchasing (Dell Latitude E5540).

Installation could not be started..... additional configuration before installation. See article 29287

I've done everything recommended in the article, I am not sure what the issue is. I have pushed encryption out to other model laptops no problem for example Latitude 5530s.
