Decrypt Drive from a secondary machine

Hello folks,

I have a hypothetical question: let's say there is an issue with an encrypted hard drive on boot up, MBR or something...

Would it be technically possible to mount the hard disk to another device and decrypt it (assuming the secondary device has Sophos and is in the Enterpirse)?
