minidump that references sgeflt.sys as the offender.

HP tablet 2730p, Windows XP pro laptop.  Newly installed all software.  Laptop ramdonly blue screens every hour or two and mindumps reference this:

Probably caused by : SGEFLT.SYS ( SGEFLT+8750 )

I already tried to copy sgeflt.sys from a good pc to the rebooting pc and also installed HP software pak Intel Storage Matrix. 

Any other ideas?

    Intel Storage Matrix is known to cause a few conflicts, as do some of the software utilities HP bundles onto its machines.
    If you can raise a support ticket for this by emailing support@sophos.com with the logs and full details I'll take a look for you.
