Application Password is Incorrect !

Hello Everyone, I have install Sophos Security in my Android Mobile. I have setup a app password in this app also. I also tried alarm command at the same and it was working. Now, After 2-3 days when i want to access my mobile's Settings it is asking for app protection password. And i am typing the password but it is showing that incorrect password. I also tried Unprotect command of Loss & Theft feature of the app but it also not working, I am just getting simple SMS of command. I am very disappointed with this. Now, I want to unlock my phone's Settings. Please help me to solve out this issue. Thanks!

    the password needed here is not the device password, it is the password you have entered when setting up the app protection of Sophos Mobile Security.

    If you do not know this password you can use the recovery key you were able to send via eMail when setting up the app protection password.

    If you do not have that key or the password the device is locked and needs to be restored to factory defaults.
