SafeGuard asking to complete password

Hi all,

we have a strange issue here with SafeGuard 6 (latest version)

After the user comes to the windows logon area, he's using the SafeGuard credential provider to login to windows.

The user is using its fingerprint.

After logon is finished, safeguard asks again to enter the user's password or fingerprint...

The strange thing is, that this is happening since yesterday (but the users laptop did not change since months)

Any ideas?
