After encrypt Laptop, one drive not accessible anymore

We have a strange behavior of a laptop we encrypted.

Monday we encrypted the laptop, drive c: and d:

the following error message was thrown out in the consol:

Area 8200 protection, method 0-3.

But nothing on the client and everything was smooth. The user was working and shut down in the evening.

Next day the user logs on and drive d: was not accessible anymore:

Please format drive D:

The following error message was found in the consol:

Encryption error - Origin KSA area on volume D:\ corrupt. This volume runs on one KSA only. The root cause needs to be investigated.

On the laptop itself i could not find any hint. C/R did the same result and boot cd with recovery also the same result.

We finally deleted/formated the disk, took the backup to d: and thats it.

The next day (today) Disk D: was gone again.

What is the issue and how can i prevent it? What was done wrong?

KSA damaged on many laptops/partitions (drive d:\)

Origin KSA and backup KSA corrupt.

I lose my data in my corporation?

I do not want to format the disk

how to access to this data ?

On the server are the keys? Yes?
