SafeGuard Configuration Protection and Encrypted USB Sticks

HI there,

We are currently running SafeGuard 6.00 (fresh environment) and I am struggling with encrypted USB sticks, we basically use hardware encrypted sticks (Integral Crypto Stick).

I have applied a Config Protection policy that allows everything with a view to then turning things off one by one however I am finding that when I insert a hardward encrypted stick the virtual CD-ROM that it mounts to run the software needed to decrypt is blocked by something even though the policy is wide open.

The report on the server says:

Storage device blocked. Description: CD-ROM Drive. ID: USB\VID_13FE&PID_3327\070007083C1BA51B9F27~~USBSTOR\CDROM&VEN_INTEGRAL&PROD_CRYPTO&REV_PMAP\070007083C1BA51B9F27&1.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
