Safeguard Easy 5.60.1.7 Stand alone endpoint computer access problems after wrong password

We have got following problem with SafeGuard Easy POA access.

Rules define that 3 attempts with wrong password are allowed.

Block computer is set to NO, Local Self Help and Challenge Response are set to NO.

One user account (standard user) failed because of a wrong passwort.

I would expect that I can get access via POA with the second user (administrator) on this cumputer but it fails.

Should this work or is it necessary to activate at least one recovery method?
