We are observing an issue with Safeguard Easy when accessing the computer via Remote Desktop.
When a user logs in via Remote Desktop, after Windows logon, an additionnal Sophos authentication popup appears on the desktop.
The popup shows a username/password dialog and says "Please enter your password to complete the logon".
This popup does not appear when the user logs in via the physical console.
So the Credential Provider appears to be installed and working correctly in this case.
How can we avoid this popup when doing Remote Desktop?
