Endpoint Encryption Polices Update...

Trying to roll up some polices for User Authentication ... 

For Example - Setting Auto Lock function to 30min when laptop is idle. 

Updated the policy and sync succesfully on laptop. But laptop did not auto lock at 30minutes.. tried several other times and reboots. still no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi nnguyen04,

    please make sure that the policy was correctly assigned in the "users & computers" tab. To verify if the policy would affect a certain user on a certain machine, you could make use of the RSOP (Result Set of Policy) function.

    Does the screensaver on the client get active after the time specified in the Authentication | Lock Options | "Lock screen after x minutes inactivity" ?
