[HELP] Without access to data in HD with safeguard and SO broken!

I can not access the data in a season with Safeguard!

I have a HD that installed Safeguard. Windows had trouble and need to access the data of the machine. With the windows had trouble logging machine in this domain was deleted. In the management of SafeGuard No "when I find this machine and need to access your data. Installation was not generated in the XML file backup. Is there any way to access this HD? Sometime administrator access?

I do not have the Key File XML file.

    In regards to your issue, you have stated that you removed the machine from the domain. Was this a managed machine? If so, the key would have been placed in the 'Inactive keys' section of  'Keys and Certificates' in the SafeGuard Management Centre.
     
    I would advise you to check 'Inactive keys' to see if the key is present, if it is then you can slave the affected machine and recover the data by following the instructions from page 19 onwards in the Recovery Guide.
     
    If it is a standalone machine then you will need to locate the machine xml key in order to recover the data from the machine.

    Thank you for the update, I would recommend contacting Sophos Technical Support (http://www.sophos.com/en-us/about-us/contact-us.aspx) so that we can open a support case for this issue. This will enable us to troubleshoot this effectively and see if we can find a resolution.
