Can I use Partitioning software on my Safeguard encrpted harddisk?

I am wondering if I can use Partition magic (Partition Master Home Edition) type of software to re-size partitions on a harddisk that is Safeguard encrypted?     Like it has a c: & d: and I just wanted to resize those.
