I've my sophos eSATA drive(drive 1) booting up and then resulting in bluescreen , i neither can go to safemode or anyother option .
Since Drive 1 is not accessible, I've one more hard drive (drive 2) with sophos 6.x version installed .When I connect my drive 1 using sata connector , i was able to see the drive in my computer but with encryption enabled ( A red keymark tagged to drive in my computer ) .
I have all my important data in the drive 1 which should be restored - please help me with the resolution.
Also would like to take image of encrypted hard drive - which would be the best tool to do that and any process i need to follow -
