SafeGuard Enterprise 6.00 install error

Hi All,

I having some trouble at installation of SGN 6.0 at Lenovo T440P laptop. After I installed the SGN DE and configuration file at the laptop. An attached screen will apper when the laptop tries to load the POA. I tried to install with the custom POACFG file. But the issue still exist. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

Hi,
it is known that other T440 need Shift-F6. It might work with T440P as well.
If not, please try SGN 6.1
We'd appreciate if you sent the SGNHWinfo file (see http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/110285.aspx) to hwinfo@sophos.com.

Hi Textor,
Thanks for your reply. I've been tried Shift+F6. But seems that SGN can't receive the hotkey. The same error screen appears again.
And, for 6.1. Can I install a SGN 6.1 client and connect to SGN6.0 server and use SGN 6.0 config package? Please advise. Thanks. :)
