SGE 6.0 Standalaone install

I downloaded the demo of SGE6. Ran the .exe file and then the window closed with out actually installing. I looked at the folders that were created and attempted an install from there. SGNClient_x64.msi and then the SGNDemoClientConfig.msi The documentation says to not install the encryption software and poilcy editor on the same machine.

I am wanting to avoid a SQL instance of any sort on a stand alone workstation.My question, can SGE 6 be installed without policy editor? Without a SQL instance on the local machine?
