Problems logging in with Sophos SafeGuard 6.0

Good morning,

We have a problem with the Sophos SafeGuard software v6.0: After entering the user in the POA and once loaded the system authenticated user's session closes. We tried to give administrator permissions so if it loads without problems. What can happen?
