Create a config file to disable Safeguards POA whithout Management Console

We need a config file to implement.
Add SGE filter drivers to your boot.wim (InstallSGE2WinPE20.bat can do this for you - works fine with WinPE3.0).

Obtain FltDoNothing.exe from Sophos support.
