How we can add user to POA on a SGN Client ver. 5.61. With Enterprise Console ver.5.1.0.1893

We can only add user to POA on the SGN Client but not over the Enterprise Console. But it's very necessary to add user remotely for Notebooks they are in our Branch Offices.

We are  using the SafeGuard Client 5.61.0.25 with Enterprise Console 5.1.0.1839 with Sophos Data Protection Suite.

There is no option for user or policies in the Enterprise console.

How we can fix this? Any Ideas?

    Hi Pant-TC,

    central assignment of users can only be achived using SafeGuard Enterprise (via the Management Center) and is not possible with the Sophos Data Protection Suite (Sophos Endpoint Console and Sophos Disk Encryption Client).
