Hi tedz,
is the machine located under the "Root" Auto Registered node or under an imported domains Auto Registered node?
If its under the "Root" node, the machine should show up as "Machinename (Domain name)". Once you synchronize the domain that the machine belongs to into the SafeGuard Enterprise environment, the machine would automatically integrate in the structure that matches the Active Directory structure.
If it shows up under the Auto Registered node of a domain, it is likely that the Active Directory OU where the machine resides is not imported. Once you synchronize the parent Active Directory Organizational Unit with SafeGuard Enterprise, the machine would show up in the correct location.

Chris
Hi Chris,
I want to know on your sidefor our concern of transfering the computers on Auto Registered folder to other Group.
1. I create a New workgroup (auto registered). I want some compters member on this group.
2. This is a workgroup environment.
Pls advise :)

Hi Tedz,
if you want to move workgroup machines from Root - .Auto registered to an own node with dedicated policies, you just have to create a new workgroup (using the "Create new workgroup (auto registration)" option of the New button.
The "Full name" must match the netbios name of the workgroup that is reported from the client (you should currently see that after the hostname in brackets).
As soon as this manually created workgroup exists, the clients will move to the .auto registered folder of the workgroup.
Hope that helps
Michael
