Safeguard File Share

HI,

Please excuse my innocense on File Share product. i have few stupid questions. :smileyhappy:

1. When a user shares a file in the File Server, can user manually set decryption key/password and set users can access the file? or all encryption/decryption settings are done in SGN Management Server? (b) can the admin overide settings set by the file/folder owner?

2. If a encrypted file being copied in the file server and transfer it to a flash drive and access in a personal pc/laptop, can the file be open or access without sgn client?
