Service Account being named as Owner

We have created a Service Account group which includes the following users:

Admin*

Administrator

However, we have two administrators (I'll call them adminjsmith and adminjblow) who are being named as Owner of the laptop after they login and install SGE. Just this morning, I have another laptop that has Administrator as the Owner of the laptop. This does not happen with all admin accounts, only these so far.  I've opened a case with Sophos Support and I have forwarded all of the logs and information they requested, but I have had no response in 4 business days. Has anyone seen this before or does anyone know how to fix this??

  • It turns out that after the initial install w/ config setup and reboot, the administrators having the problem were not waiting long enough for the SGE service to start and synchronize before they logged on, causing them to be marked as the owner of the laptop.
