'Sorry, this computer is locked' with BitLocker - How do I unlock?

Hello all, 
 
 SafeGuard Enterprise 7.00.2 using BitLocker 
 Windows 10 
 No POA 
 
 We have a relatively forgiving policy to lock the computer after 7 or so failed login attempts. Well, someone locked their device. This is the first BitLocker installation that we've had do this and I'm wondering what is the procedure for unlocking the device when using BitLocker?

In Safeguard Enterprise it is a similar process. When you go to recover computer it will present the Bitlocker unlock code. 
You type that into the bitlocker recovery screen and it should unlock.
