I gave a user back her Mac Book Pro after a successful SafeGuard install. She told me that it turned on encryption for her TimeMachine attached via external hard drive. Moreover, of the two accounts on the machine:
IT Staff
and
"Jane Doe"
It picked the IT Staff account and password...so she cannot access the time machine anymore. I haven't looked at it yet, so I don't know if I can add "Jane Doe" to the Time Machine Account list.
Is this expected behavior?
