Dear TEam,
One of our client is having the SGN Server 8.10 version & client.
Suddenly the user laptop is going in shutdown mode.
When we tried to login the Local user is disabled and unable to login with other user .
Disaplying the "SGN Autherntication Service is not running " mesage then shutdown system automatically.
We have tried to start the SGN services from the Safe mode but unable to do.
