I haven't sorry Dan - just not enough time. Have you now logged the call with Sophos support?

You used to be able to email support@ but sadly they stopped that. I was told with a premium support package (which we have) we would have a dedicated support channel too but....

Ah ha! I'm not running that version and I also have the issue to a degree, so I would disagree somewhat with their statement but this is great news.
