The option "other user" for logging PC after installation SafeGuard Client don't appear

Hello ALL, 
 
 I installed SafeGuard Client on Windows 10. 
 After rebooting PC, the session AD authentication appear. I loged normally. 
 Once I disconnect, the option "choose another user" does not appear until after two PC reboots.

So once you've installed the client you "should" see the Sophos credential provider (like a cog) on the welcome/login screen in addition to the Windows one. 
 Have you installed a compatible Windows 10 SafeGuard client?

Are you not seeing this?
