"Key is not available" Error

On selecting a file and clicking "Decrypt", I'm getting the error "Key is not available"... I do have the "SGNKeytable.ktb" & "sgportable.dat" files in the same folder where I've the shortcut for "SGPortable.exe"... Please advise...

Can you confirm you're trying to decrypt files (and not a drive) on the device?

Is the client an offline one, or does it have constant contact with the server?
