The Key store is nothing received yet

The Key store is nothing received yet. I have this message on a laptop, win10 enterprise. SGN user state is owner, last server contact is today, this am. I am getting the user cert and the company cert and I have no data packets for transmissions, all data packets have been sent. It does not matter which user logs on, no one is able to open the key store.

I would start by re-installing the client configuration first. Reboot and try again. I've known the configuration to apply and all to look well - but comms aren't successful with the server.

I upgrade the server from 8.00.0.2XXX 8.10.0.323. So far things are working ok.
