Safeguard ver 7 failed communicate with sgn server

Hi All,

We encounter issue as per subject above, after further checking we found that iis and database certificate has been expired (self sgined certificate with 5 years limit)

We have import new certificate(existing company certificate) at iis, database and client machine (certificate already install) with revoke connection testing and found no error. However, client machine still encounter same issue unable to communicate with sgn server.

Does change new certificate will have impact on existing deployment?.

Yes, you will need to create a new configuration package that includes the new server certificates. This could be pushed out in an automated fashion though as it's a standard MSI that's produced.

Hi @MichaelMcLannahan,

Apologies for the late reply. Issue has been solved by using old windows troubleshooting method (IF anything failed reboot the Window server) ;)
