Hi - You'll not need the pre-installer on Win10, that can be skipped. Have you recreated the config MSI on the server?
yes, I have already recreated!
but same issue is persist?
Is there an old config already installed or is this a new workstation build?
Do you still have a copy of your old configuration MSI?
