Full Disk Encryption clashing with Antivirus Product (3rd party)

Hi all

 

We are using N-central with AV Defender (Bitdefender) as a managed solution on all workstations and laptops.

WE also use Full disk encryption only for laptops. I downloaded a setup tool but just selected disk encryption and not the other suite of products.

we have 2 issues

 

1) We cannot install our AV defender product after bitlocker if remove 3rd party AV client is enabled. Meaning it detects The disk encryption as another AV product.

2) The 2 software's clash, temp files are written to C:\WindowsTEMP\BDCore\TMPxxxx and it fills up the drive in no time.
