Enable USB for 1 user

Hi there,

Looking to find out if there's an easy way to exclude a user from being blocked for using USB devices in Sophos Central.

The user in question is in the available users and not the assigned users but still gets blocked, is there somewhere else?

Have you applied the conflicting policy to authenticated users or computer group?

You'll need to use the RSOP to find out what policies are being applied to the user and in what order.

Where have you applied the "enable USB" policy to and at what level?

Are you talking about Group Policy now or somewhere in Sophos Central?

Ah sorry, my fault. I was talking about SafeGuard Enterprise (on-prem)

There should be possible to set the policies within Central though too?
