What is the status of the block user checkbox when the box is shaded and not blank or checked?

    Good question - A complete guess would be that it would inherit the state from AD (as if IF the user is disabled in AD - then also block user in Sophos) but it's a guess!

    I think it's going to be inherit, rather than the implicit ON (checked) and OFF (unchecked)
