Feature request for SafeGuard Enterprise Management Center.

I would like to see the ability to create a standalone Web Help Desk user under a work group that is created manually in the Management Center for SafeGuard Enterprise 7.0.  Currently the only way to have a windows user log on to the web help desk is to promote a current Windows user from a protected client PC to a security officer.  I would rather have the ability to manually create this user and give the proper permissions in the manually created organization structure.
