Endpoint Was Deleted From Safeguard management

Hello,

A person left the company and the endpoint was encrypted, now we need to recovery the information but the Sophos Safeguard Administrator deleted the Endpoint from de Safeguard Server.

How can I recovery the information from the endpoint if this does not exist in the Safeguard Manager Server?

If you have a procedure please let me know.

    Can you firstly please advise if the machine was encrypted using our Device Encryption engine, Bitlocker or Filevault?

    What you can and can't do in this situation depends on how the machine was encrypted.
