boot C/R missing

Hi all

It is possible with SGN 8.0 on Windows 10 to miss C/R on boot?

I have deployed a windows 10 and SGN 8 with C/R, the operator has disable secure boot on bios and so I can not see at boot the C/R screen.

any idea?

    Hi Franco,

    the installation of the BitLocker C/R module often does an automatic fallback to the "normal" BitLocker Management of SGN.

    As you will hardly succeed getting it installed on all systems, due to hardware restrictions and additional requirements, I would recommend using the standard BL management of the SGN client. It´s also way easier for the helpdesk (even more with the new recovery option via Recovery Key ID in version 8.10)

    Due to such issues this feature has also been deprecated by Sophos. The new version 8.10 has this recommendation even when you run the installer.
