SGN 8.0.x clients and server.
We are in the process of moving from SGN Server managed BitLocker to Sophos Central managed BitLocker. We have several users with Application Based / Synchronized encryption on top of full disk.
I created Not Encrypted policies for our Application Based encryption and applied them to the whole organization, but they are sill encrypted, so I tried creating decrypt policies for full disk, decrypted, and turned BitLocker OFF and the files encrypted with App based are still encrypted.
I don't see anything in the documentation about decrypting ALL of these files wherever they happen to be on workstations and don't want this to be a manual search process.
How can I force everything with that Synchronized key to decrypt?
