Encrypting Mac Device Fails

Hi I am using my first Mac client on our system *gulp* my laptop....

 

So I have installed the .cer certificate on the Mac can browse to the URL and that works fine.  Then when i try to install the package ending DE I just get this.

 

Running on 10.13.4
