POA not active on new computers.

So we have setup 10 machines so far and all 10 worked . Now when we add a machine using the manual 3 step process. It is not enabled POA . When I look in the console I can see it is uncheck on the machines I am now setting up and I cannot check them . I do not see any errors in any of the logs so I am kind of stuck  I have worked with support but this is going on 4 weeks with them and I am not getting any help and in fact may look at a different product at this point. Has anyone seen this ?

    What OS is this?

    What version of OS is this?

    What hardware is this - laptops/PC's and what models?

    I'm assuming this is Windows 7 as POA isn't supported in Win10 as far as I'm aware?
