Safeguard 8 on Windows 10 without TPM

Question

Is TPM required for Safeguard 8 on Windows 10 or can a USB drive be used in place of TPM? Our PCs are older and do not have TPM. We are currently running Windows 7.

 Yes - SafeGuard will work with BitLocker (as it has to on Win10) and BitLocker will work without TPM. You can use USB startup key, or prompt for a password like I do!
