Dell E5470 Not Encrypting

Running Device Encryption 1.3.90 and we have many different Dell Laptop modles in play. with a few Windows 10. I reimaged a Dell Latitude E5470 and The endpoint deployed fine, But the Encryption fails . First with Windows 10 , and I thought maybe the issue was the OS , SO I reimaged with Windows 7 and it again will not encrypt. WIndows 7 does not give a legit error like Windows 10 does as seen below. TPM is enabled and seen in Device mangaer in Both OS's . What is preventing BitLocker from working???? THis is the only model, so far, that has given me an error. I am trying to encrypt without a pin due to multiple users.

What's the result of running TPM.MSC at an admin command prompt please Todd?

Can you also confirm if BIOS is in UEFI/Legacy/CSM mode please?

We are booting Legacy boot.

TPM.MSC advise the TPM is on and ownership has not been taken

I would advise that (if not too much hassle) you enable UEFI and not legacy. This will though require a rebuild. I'd not advise hacking it so you still get the HDD to boot despite a change of mode
